Our clinical team provides 24/7 oversight, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate, and therapeutic support to ease withdrawal symptoms. Our inpatient rehab program offers a fully immersive experience in a structured residential setting, ideal for individuals needing round-the-clock support. Clients live on-site and engage in a comprehensive schedule of services, including individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and wellness activities such as yoga, mindfulness practice, and nutritional counseling. This intensive environment allows clients to step away from daily stressors and focus solely on their recovery. PHP is a step-down level of care that provides the intensity of inpatient treatment without requiring overnight stays. Clients attend treatment for several hours a day, typically five days a week, participating in therapy, skill-building workshops, and relapse prevention planning. This level is ideal for individuals who have completed inpatient rehab or who need more structure than outpatient care can provide. At Woodmont, PHP clients benefit from a continued connection to their treatment team while gradually reintegrating into everyday life, offering both autonomy and accountability.

IOP is designed for individuals who need ongoing support but also require the flexibility to maintain employment, schooling, or family responsibilities. At this level, clients attend therapy sessions several times per week—often during the day or evening—to address ongoing emotional regulation, relapse triggers, interpersonal dynamics, and coping mechanisms. Group therapy, individual counseling, and educational workshops are central components of IOP. This level is especially helpful for those in early recovery who are transitioning back to independent living while still needing consistent care and peer support.

Our outpatient services offer long-term support and maintenance for individuals who have achieved a level of stability in their recovery. Clients may attend weekly or biweekly individual therapy, participate in group sessions, or receive ongoing psychiatric medication management as needed.
